Project Overview

GPPM Developments is an established bathroom and kitchen installation company in Cardiff that has an extensive portfolio of quality work they’ve carried out. GPPM had had a poor experience with a previous company that promised them the world but did not deliver. We wanted to change his opinion on web design and SEO as a whole. We are currently only 3 months into the project, so this is slightly premature however, we were tasked with building a new website and lead generation.

Plan of Attack

Firstly, before we even started the think about the SEO process we needed to get the website looking as good as possible to firstly, be as inviting for customer as possible and secondly, to compete with the other website listed on page 1 and in the Google Map pack. We know that his brand identity is strong with the use of bold colours so we built the website to compliment his brand colours as much as possible. This is how we attacked his project:

2. Google Map Listing Set up & Optimise
3. On-Page Analysis & Implementation
4. Off-Page & Competitor Analysis
5. Link Building (Not in full effect yet)
6. Analytics & Search Console Integration
7. Google PPC 
8. Implement Strategy, Monitor & Report

Results

As this is a brand new website, it’s important to note that the SEO process in terms of time frame is increased some what. This is normal as Google needs time to trust the website and it takes time to build up authority, so this is why we wanted to attack the Google Map Pack and use a Google AdWords strategy in the initial stages of the SEO campaign. So far we have achieved the following:

1. Conversion Ready Website
2. Google Map Pack For All Bathroom & Kitchen Fitting Related Keywords

3. Consistent Calls (20-25 monthly)
4. Website Form Submissions (3-7 monthly)
